Led by an Exercise Specialist, our in-person exercise class focuses on guiding you through our exercise program designed to help you improve your muscular, cardiovascular, and overall health.
Each class includes a warm-up, instruction on how to use various cardio equipment, as well as teaching you how to perform strength exercises with equipment. The guidance of an Exercise Specialist provides the opportunity to personalize your routine based on your physical abilities.
Runs for six weeks, twice weekly (Tuesday and Thursdays) for one-hour supervised sessions in the gym at the Sherwood Park location.
This program is suitable for most individuals, including those with stable, chronic conditions.
