Virtual Drop-in Exercise Class

An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2023
Led by an Exercise Specialist, our virtual exercise class focuses on guiding you through low impact stretches and exercises.

We’ll work on:
Each class will focus on a specific muscle group, so you can optimize your workout and learn exercises associated with different muscle groups.
How it works:
Twice weekly (Mondays and Thursdays) you can virtually drop-in for quick 30 minute sessions.
Who is this course for?
Anyone – no medical screenings are needed to join this program.
