About the Program

In this group class, you will learn about diabetes, how it is treated, and the potential problems it can cause for your health. You will also find out how to make changes to your daily life to help you control diabetes, such as managing your blood sugar level, taking care of your feet, and setting personal goals.

We’ll work on:

Tools, skills, and discussion of various therapies to help you manage your diabetes symptoms and prevent complications.
