Changeways is a group program designed to help youth aged 14-18 to overcome stress, anxiety, and depression through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
We’ll work on:
Skills to challenge negative and unhelpful thinking
Weekly goal setting
Methods to boost your mood
How to create a healthy lifestyle
Building a strong support network
Engaging in a mutually supportive group setting
Who is this course for?
Participants do not need to be referred to by a physician, they can self refer by contacting the SPPCN. The first week is an info session where parents/guardians need to attend so we can get informed consent and participants can ensure the program is the right fit for them.
