Are you feeling stressed, stiff, and spent? Join our Virtual Drop-in Exercise program to stretch, move and feel better! Our virtual low-impact exercise class is led by our Exercise Specialists.

About the Program

Led by an Exercise Specialist, our virtual exercise class focuses on guiding you through low impact stretches and exercises.

Our Team Includes: 

  • your family doctor
  • exercise specialists

We’ll work on: 

Each class will focus on a specific muscle group, so you can optimize your workout and learn exercises associated with different muscle groups. 

How it works:

Twice weekly (Mondays and Thursdays) you can virtually drop-in for quick 30 minute sessions.

Who is this course for? 

Anyone - no medical screenings are needed to join this program.

If you: 

  • want to get moving again
  • are feeling tense and stiff 
  • would like medically developed and supervised classes
  • need a flexible program
