About the Program
In this program we will encourage and work with you to develop ways to cope with your depression and develop cognitive behavioral strategies to help you reduce and manage stress in your life.
You’ll learn to understand the impacts of negative and distorted thinking on your emotions and behaviors. We’ll work on developing your focus on the present moment and acting on what you value most.
We’ll work with you to learn to manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to help work through your symptoms of depression.

skills to manage your mood and overcome depression
overcoming negative thoughts
developing your social and community resources

Changeways is a nine-week, evidence-based anxiety management group.
