Thriving Together (Parental Support for Children with ADHD)
This workshop, which is run by one of our behavioral health consultants, is designed to help parents with children who have been diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This group class will allow parents to learn practical strategies together in a supportive environment, offering plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions.

How it Works:
- It’s a 2-hour interactive session led by one of our behavioural health consultants with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions. The workshop is designed to help parents learn practical strategies together in a supportive environment.
- The workshop covers topics such as emotional regulation, communication, scheduling and routines, as well as nutrition and how it can support children with ADHD.
- If after the workshop you feel you would benefit from more individualized support, you’ll have the opportunity to book a one-on-one appointment with one of our clinicians.
