Supervised Exercise Program – Winter and Spring 2023 – In Person

An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until May 25, 2023
Led by an Exercise Specialist, our virtual exercise class focuses on guiding you through our exercise program designed to help you improve your muscular, cardiovascular, and overall health.

We’ll work on:
Each class will focus on a specific muscle group, so you can optimize your workout and learn exercises associated with different muscle groups.
How it works:
Runs for five weeks, twice weekly (Tuesday and Thursdays) for one-hour supervised sessions.
- January 17 – February 23 2023
- March 7 2023 – April 13 20223
- April 18 – May 25 2023
Who is this course for?
This program is suitable for most individuals, including those with stable, chronic conditions. If you:
- want to get moving again
- are feeling tense and stiff
- want to improve muscular and cardiovascular health
- would like fully supervised exercise classes
