Supervised Exercise

Our Team Includes:

  • your family doctor
  • Exercise Specialists

We’ll work on:

Each class will focus on a specific muscle group, so you can optimize your workout and learn exercises associated with different muscle groups.

How it works:

Runs for five weeks, twice weekly (Tuesday and Thursdays) for one-hour supervised sessions.

In Fall 2022, we are offering this program twice, from Sept 13 to Oct 20 (every Tues and Thurs), and from Nov 1 to Dec 8 (every Tues and Thurs).

Who is this course for?

This program is suitable for most individuals, including those with stable, chronic conditions. If you:

  • want to get moving again
  • are feeling tense and stiff
  • want to improve muscular and cardiovascular health
  • would like fully supervised exercise classes

If you have any concerns or questions, please contact one of our Exercise Specialists to discuss them.
