About the Program

(Formerly known as “Let’s Talk Menopause”). Discover ways to help manage menopause symptoms through lifestyle changes and non-prescription and prescription therapy options. This class includes a detailed discussion on hormone therapy.

Our Team Includes:

  • your family doctor
  • Registered Nurse (RN), who is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner

We’ll work on:

Tools and skills for managing menopause, as well as discussion about the various therapies to help you manage menopause symptoms.

How it works:

Join us for a two-hour session to better understand menopause and your options for managing it.

Who is this course for?

If you:

  • are going through menopausal changes and would like some support and ideas on how to manage menopause.
