Join the PCN for this fun and interactive day of Diabetic Education. We will have stations for testing blood sugar levels, foot exams, blood pressure testings, stress management and exercise and physical activity.
If you have a diagnosis for diabetes, or pre-diabetes, this educational opportunity is for you!
The next Diabetes Info Fair will be held on Monday April 30th from 4-8 pm and Tuesday May 1st from 9-1 pm at Festival Place, 100 Festival Way.
